If you still have not received your tickets, please use our Find My Tickets page to resend your E-Ticket to your inbox.

You must bring your E-Ticket with you to the Show. It is your responsibility to make sure your ticket can be scanned at the entrance, either on a mobile device or as a printed copy.

Each E-Ticket contains a unique QR code. Only one copy of each ticket is valid. Once the QR code has been scanned and accepted at the gate, that ticket will be marked as used and cannot be used again.

All E-Tickets are electronically checked for validity on entry through the Ticket Releases scanning system. Any further attempts to use the same ticket, including copied, shared or duplicated tickets, will be rejected and may be treated as fraudulent use.

If you are showing your E-Ticket on a mobile device, please download it, save it to your phone, or add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet before arriving at the Showground. Internet access cannot be guaranteed at the entrance, and the Show cannot be held responsible if you are unable to access your E-Ticket at the gate.
All payments are taken via debit or credit card and this is handled securely by a secure authorised service – the Show Organiser doesn’t receive your card details during the transaction.

The money is received directly by the Show.
