Welcome to North Devon Show Ticket Releases. By purchasing tickets or attending the North Devon Show, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General Information

The North Devon Show is an annual agricultural event held at:

Umberleigh Barton, Umberleigh, Devon, EX37 9DX

The event is organised by the North Devon Agricultural Society.

The organisers reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Ticket Purchases

1. All ticket sales are final.
2. Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of full event cancellation.
3. Tickets may not be exchanged or transferred without organiser approval.
4. Tickets purchased through unauthorised sellers may be invalid.

Once payment is completed, confirmation and e-tickets will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

3. E-Tickets & Entry

1. E-tickets must be presented upon arrival, either printed or on a mobile device.
2. Each ticket contains a unique barcode/QR code and can only be scanned once.
3. Duplicate, altered, or damaged tickets may be refused entry.
4. The organisers are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

4. Event Changes & Cancellation

The organisers reserve the right to:

1. Change event schedules
2. Modify attractions, entertainment, or activities
3. Alter opening times
4. Cancel or postpone the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control

No refunds will be issued for programme or schedule changes.

If the entire event is cancelled, ticket holders will be eligible for a refund of the face value of the ticket only.

5. Admission & Conduct

The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee who:

1. Behaves in a disruptive, dangerous, or abusive manner
2. Is under the influence of illegal substances
3. Violates event safety rules
4. Uses counterfeit or invalid tickets

Visitors must follow all instructions from event staff, stewards, and security personnel.

6. Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted on site:

1. Unauthorised Drones or unmanned aerial devices

Any prohibited items may be confiscated.

7. Parking & Access

Free parking is available on-site for visitors. Parking is at the owner’s risk.

There is no pedestrian access to the showground. Visitors should use designated transport routes and entrances.

8. Animals & Dogs

Dogs are permitted provided they are:

1. Kept on a short fixed lead at all times
2. Under proper control
3. Cleaned up after by owners

Only assistance dogs may enter restricted indoor areas.

9. Photography & Media

By attending the event, visitors consent to photography and filming which may be used for promotional, marketing, or media purposes by the organisers without compensation.

10. Liability

Attendance at the event is at the visitor’s own risk.

The organisers shall not be liable for:

1. Personal injury
2. Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
3. Delays, interruptions, or event changes caused by weather or circumstances beyond reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected during ticket purchases will only be used for event administration, customer support, and related communications in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
